- 4 pre-cooked flatbreads
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced and carmelized
- 1 cup fresh corn, raw-sliced off cobb
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup baby arugula
- ½ cup BBQ sauce

- Spread 1 tbsp. of BBQ sauce on the flatbread, then top with ¼ cup of Vegetable Slaw.
- Next, add ¼ cup of beans and corn and top with caramelized onions and arugula.
