Directions
  1. In a large sauté pan pre-heat the olive oil to medium high temperature.
  2. Next add the cauliflower, celery, carrots, raisins, onion, and garlic.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes continuously stirring.
  4. Next add the vegetable stock, parsley, rosemary and salt, and pepper.
