- 10.5oz. Pero Family Farms Squash+ Sliced Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Bell Peppers & Onions
- 1 ½ tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature. Add all of the vegetables to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Next, add the garlic, cilantro, chili powder and lime juice to the pan. Cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables reach your desired texture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
