- Salad Ingredients
- 10oz. Pero Family Farms Organic Vegetable Slaw
- 1 cup Pero Family Farms Green Beans, chopped
- 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and diced
- Green Goddess Dressing Ingredients
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small shallot
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl
- Green Goddess Dressing Instructions – Add all of the liquid ingredients to a blender and blend.
- Then add all of the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
