- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 3 slices of Prosciutto
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard for dipping (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lay the puff pastry out on flat surface
- Brush with mustard
- Place prosciutto evenly on top
- Cut into 1-inch strips
- Wrap around bundle of Asparagus
- Brush puff pastry with egg wash
- Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
