- 10oz. Pero Family Farms Brocoletti
- 2 cups Swiss chard, cut roughly
- 2 radishes, cut into thin rounds
- 1 cup of radicchio, cut thin
- ¼ cup vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Place the swiss chard and radicchio on the bottom of a large plate to form a base.
- In a large sauté pan pre-heat the olive oil to medium high temperature.
- Add the Brocoletti and cook for 2 minutes. Next, add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute then add the vegetable stock and salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2 more minutes or until the Brocoletti is cooked to your desired texture.
- Place the cooked Brocoletti on top of the Swiss Chard and Radicchio. Top with sliced radishes, pine nuts, and parsley.
