- ¾ cup Tri-color Quinoa
- ¼-1/3 cup Slivered Almonds
Mustard Dressing
- 1 TBLS Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBLS Dijon Mustard
- 2 TBLS Yellow Mustard
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 TBLS Honey
- 2 TBLS Lemon Juice
- 1/3-1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper

- Cook the tri-color quinoa according to the package. Once cooked fluff the quinoa and let it cool slightly.
- The organic broccoli slaw and slivered almonds add into a bowl. When the quinoa has cooked add the quinoa into the bowl with the broccoli slaw and slivered almonds.
- To prepare the dressing whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the dish and gently toss everything together. Serve and enjoy.
