- 8oz. can white albacore tuna, drained
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- In a large salad bowl add the broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, corn, and red onion.
- Mix well.
- Add the tuna to the top of the salad.
