Ingredients
  • 10oz. Pero Family Farms Broccoli Florets, blanched
  • 8oz. can white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. In a large salad bowl add the broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, corn, and red onion.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the tuna to the top of the salad.
  4. Evenly drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil over the top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
