- 1lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans, cooked in microwave
- 2 small Mandarin Oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup onions, sliced thin
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. basil, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions
- Preheat a large sauté pan with olive oil to medium high temperature.
- Add onions to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour, and then place into the sauté pan,add salt and pepper
- Cook the chicken 2 minutes on the first side, then flip over
- Add the butter and garlic and stir well.
- Add the orange juice and walnuts.
- Stir well.
- Add the green beans and oranges.
- Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked completely through.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley
