  • 8 oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, roasted
  • 2 tubes of ready-made pizza dough
  • 2 cups, Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. pepperoni, sliced

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Lay out pizza crusts and add 1 cup of cheese on top of each.
  3. Cut into 1″ strips.
  4. Place roasted Mini Sweet Peppers on top of the cheese.
  5. Add pepperoni slices in between peppers.
  6. Roll each strip of dough up and place into well-greased muffin tin
  7. Bake in oven at 375 F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve with your favorite pizza sauce and enjoy!
