- 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
- 1 cup Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup Black Olives, sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
