  • 8 oz. Pero Family Farms Asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Add the Asparagus, Mini Sweet Peppers, garbanzo beans, cucumber, olives, onion, cheese and dill to a large mixing bowl
  2. Next pour the lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar on top
  3. Finish by adding the fresh dill and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Mix well and serve!
