- 1 bag of Pero Family Farms Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 2 tbls Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
Pumpkin Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tbls Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Hot Sauce (more if you would like it really spicy)
- A pinch or 2 of salt

Directions
- In a large sauté pan heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil over medium-high temperature.
- Next, add the fajita mix, sausage, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes and add the Marsala wine.
- Cook the mixture for 2-3 more minutes or until the sausage is cooked completely and the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
