  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Radicchio, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp. Pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp. fresh Basil, sliced into thin strips
  • ½ tbsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
