What You Need

- 6oz. Pero Family Farms English Peas
- ½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced
- 1 cup your favorite pasta, cooked al dente
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
PESTO INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. pine nuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Place all Pesto ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large sauté pan heat the olive oil to medium-high temperature. Add the English Peas and Mini Sweet Peppers to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Next, add the cooked pasta to the pan, and 2 tbsp. of Pesto. Cook for 3 minutes or until the peas are cooked to your desired texture, stirring constantly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
