  • ¾ cup garbanzo beans, drained
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup Pero Family Farms Organic Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. In a large bowl place, the broccoli at the bottom.
  2. Next, add the garbanzo beans, then corn and Mini Sweet Peppers.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top.
  4. Next, add the parmesan cheese and green onions.
  5. Mix well before serving.
