What You Need
Ingredients
- 12oz. Pero Family Farms Organic Green Beans
- ½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Cucumbers, peeled and halved
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp. Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
Lime Dressing
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Lime Zest
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Cook green beans using directions on the back of the bag.
- Once cooked, allow beans to cool in a medium serving bowl.
- Next, place the cucumbers, avocado and yellow bell pepper in the bowl with the green beans.
LIME DRESSING
- Add all of the ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- Pour 3-4 tbsp. of the dressing over the salad and gently toss together.
- Serve and enjoy!
