- 16oz. bag Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers
- 2 peaches, pitted and cut into 4 flat pieces
- 1 loaf Italian Bread, cut thin on an angle
- 1 ½ tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
- Place the peppers and peaches on the grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Next, roughly chop the peppers and peaches and add them to a mixing bowl.
- Add the garlic, basil, parsley, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Lightly grill the Italian bread pieces.
- Top bread slices evenly with the bruschetta mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
