What You Need

Ingredients
  • 8oz. Pero Family Farms Brussels Sprouts, sliced
  • ½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Pepper Rings
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup Korean BBQ Sauce
  • ¼ cup vegetable stock
  • ½ tbsp. olive oil

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature.
  2. Add the cashews and cook for about one minute, toasting slightly.
  3. Mix in the Brussels Sprouts, Mini Sweet Pepper Rings, garbanzo beans and vegetable stock.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the Korean BBQ sauce and cook for an additional minute – or until the Brussels Sprouts are cooked to your desired texture.
