- 1 large Florida Lobster, split in half down the middle
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp. milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat oven to 350⁰ F
- In a large bowl add the egg, milk, mayo, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add the broccoli and mix.
- Cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Place the broccoli mixture in the carapace cavity.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350⁰ F for 20 minutes
