- 1 cup Cipollini onions
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced ½”
- ½ cup candied pecans
- ¼ cup maple glaze
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Place all the vegetables on a large sheet tray, drizzle with olive oil, maple glaze, salt, and pepper- bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables have reached your desired texture.
- Top with candied pecans and rosemary.
