- 12oz. Pero Family Farms Cubed Butternut Squash
- 1lb. Pork Tenderloin, sliced into 1” cubes
- 1 ½ tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
- ½ tsp. salt and pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400⁰ F
- Arrange the green beans, butternut squash and pork on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle the maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper evenly over everything.
- Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until the pork is completely cooked and the vegetables are to your desired texture.
- Garnish with fresh sage and serve.
