- 4oz. Chicken breast, cut into 1 ½“ pieces
- 4oz. Pineapple, cut into 1 ½“ chunks
- ½ cup teriyaki glaze
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 kabob sticks
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
- Build your kabobs by arranging the Mini Sweet Peppers, pineapple and chicken on the skewers.
- Grill for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Brush teriyaki glaze on the kabobs 1 minute before removing from the grill.
