- 3 cups, freshly cooked sushi rice, seasoned and cooled to room temperature
- 1lb. your favorite crab meat, chopped
- 2 cups Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and cut into rings
- 1 cup Pero Family Farms Vegetable Slaw
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 8 nori sheets cut into 4 pieces

- Preheat oven to 375⁰F
- In a large bowl, combine the crab, mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Using wet hands, spread the cooked, seasoned rice in a 9 X 13” pan
- Add the Vegetable Slaw and Mini Sweet Peppers evenly over the rice.
- Next, spread the crab mixture evenly over top.
- Bake at 375⁰F for 20 minutes.
- Serve a spoonful of the sushi bake on a nori slice, and fold into a roll.
