- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup feta cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Microwave Broccoletti according to package directions
- In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil to medium-high temperature.
- Add the shrimp and Broccoletti and stir.
- Next, add the garlic, wine, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes or until the shrimp and vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
- Top with feta cheese. (Optional)
