- 2, 8oz. bags Pero Family Farms French Beans
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
- For the Pesto, makes 1 cup
- 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/3 Cup Pine Nuts
- 1/2 Cup fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Cook French Beans using microwave directions on the back of the bag. Once cooked, carefully remove the French beans from the bag and allow them to cool in a bowl.
- To prepare the pesto, add the fresh basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl of your food processor. Pulse 5 times until a coarse mixture forms.
- Turn the food processor on low and slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream.
- Add mozzarella to the bowl with the French beans. Pour the pesto over the beans and mozzarella.
- Serve and enjoy!
