- 12 oz. chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce

- In a large resealable bag, combine the pineapple and Teriyaki sauce.
- Add the chicken to the mixture and allow to marinate for at least one hour.
- Cook the Vegetable Stir Fry according to the microwave directions.
- While the vegetables are cooking, pre-heat a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature and the pineapple and chicken mixture.
- Cook the meat, stirring continuously for three minutes.
- Next, add the Vegetable Stir-Fry vegetables to the pan.
- Stir consistently until the Teriyaki begins to reduce, the meat is cooked completely, and the vegetables are tender.
