What You Need

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Pero Family Farms Organic Vegetable Slaw
  • 4 pre-cooked flatbreads
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced and carmelized
  • 1 cup fresh corn, raw-sliced off cobb
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

Directions
  1. Spread 1 tbsp. of BBQ sauce on the flatbread, then top with ¼ cup of Vegetable Slaw.
  2. Next, add ¼ cup of beans and corn and top with caramelized onions and arugula.
  3. Repeat for remaining flatbreads and serve.
