What You Need

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Organic Vegetable Slaw
  • ½ cup sushi grade tuna, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup sushi rice (sticky rice)
  • 4 Pero Family Farms Organic Snipped Green Beans
  • ½ Pero Family Farms Mini cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
  • ¼ cup edamame

ASIAN VINAIGRETTE

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • ½ tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. Place the rice in the bottom of a medium bowl, then add the vegetable slaw, cucumber, green beans and edamame.
  2. Place the tuna on top and drizzle with the Asian Vinaigrette.
