- ½ cup sushi grade tuna, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup sushi rice (sticky rice)

- ¼ cup edamame
ASIAN VINAIGRETTE
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- ½ tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
