  • 10oz. bag Pero Family Farms Organic Riced Vegetable Medley
  • ¾ cup Pero Family Farms English Peas
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup vegetable stock
  • ¼ radicchio, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. turmeric
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Heat a large sauté pan to medium high and add the olive oil.
  2. Add the Riced Vegetable Medley, English peas, red pepper and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes continuously stirring.
