- 1 cup arugula
- ½ cup BBQ Slaw Dressing
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup garbanzo beans
- ¼ cup red onion, sliced
Southwest Slaw Dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- ¼ tsp. celery seed
- Salt and pepper to taste
