What You Need

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Green Beans, blanched
  • 8oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ tbsp. everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 4 8” flour tortillas

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each flour tortilla.
  3. Place 4 green beans in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Place Mini Sweet Pepper rings on both sides of the green beans.
  5. Starting from the edge of the tortilla, roll the tortilla tightly, applying even pressure as you roll.
  6. Repeat the above steps for all of the tortillas.
  7. Place the finished rolls into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. Cut the rolls into 1” slices and arrange on a platter to serve.
