- 10oz. Pero Family Farms Riced Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions
- 6 oz. rock shrimp
- ½ cup cashews
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. siracha
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil (sub olive oil)

- Heat olive oil to medium-high temperature in a large sauté pan or wok.
- Add the shrimp, blanched Green Beans, and cashews to the pan.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Next, add the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and sriracha to the pan.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve over the cooked Riced Cauliflower.
