- 1oz. sushi grade tuna
- 1 cup of sushi rice, cooked
- 1 nori sheet
- 1 tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 3 Pero Family Farms Snipped green beans

Directions
- Using a bamboo roller place plastic wrap on top and place the rice evenly along 1 edge in a tea drop shape.
- Press the tuna and green beans into the rice and gently wrap over.
- Cut the tear drop shaped roll in half and place on the nori sheet with the 2 thin edges touching.
- Gently roll both sides of the nori to the center and press the ends in.
- Slice into ½” pieces and serve with your favorite sushi condiments.
