- 1 oz. olive oil
- 1 oz. balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. pine nuts
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place all of the vegetables into a grill basket and drizzle with 1 oz. of olive
oil. - Place the grill basket on a medium–high temperature grill and turn
frequently until the vegetables are grilled to your desired texture. - Carefully transfer the grilled vegetables onto large platter.
- Add the balsamic glaze
- Top with cheese and pine nuts.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve
