  • 8 oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers
  • 8 oz. Mushrooms, quartered
  • 8 oz. Pearl onions, peeled
  • 1 oz. olive oil
  • 1 oz. balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp. pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Place all of the vegetables into a grill basket and drizzle with 1 oz. of olive
    oil.
  2. Place the grill basket on a mediumhigh temperature grill and turn
    frequently until the vegetables are grilled to your desired texture.
  3. Carefully transfer the grilled vegetables onto large platter.
  4. Add the balsamic glaze
  5. Top with cheese and pine nuts.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve
