- 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Start by puréeing your watermelon.
- In a blender, add the chopped watermelon and puree until smooth.
- Next, in a large bowl, add your watermelon purée, Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
