- 1lb. chicken tenderloins
- 10oz. Pero Family Farms Broccoli Florets
- 6oz. Pero Family Farms Snipped Green Beans
- 8oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Pepper Rings
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- ½ cup toasted coconut, shredded
- ½ cup teriyaki style sauce

- Preheat the oven to 400⁰F.
- Arrange the chicken, Broccoli Florets, Green Beans, Mini Sweet Pepper Rings, pineapple and red onions on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle the Teriyaki sauce evenly over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
- Remove from the oven and top with green onions and toasted coconut.
- Optional: Serve in a pineapple boat
